Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Readable Writing Press Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Readable Writing Press reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Enrollment

To participate in the Program, you must submit a completed application. Readable Writing Press reserves the right to approve or reject any application in its sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address and tax identification number to participate in the Program.

Readable Writing Press may reject your application if your website or marketing methods are deemed unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including but not limited to content that is offensive, promotes discrimination, violates intellectual property rights, or promotes illegal activities.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.

Commissions are only earned on completed, paid orders that are not subsequently canceled, returned, or refunded.

3.1 Tier Structure

The Readable Writing Press Affiliate Program features a tiered structure with increasing commission rates based on performance:

• Standard Tier: All affiliates start here with the base commission rate of 10%.
• Silver Tier: Affiliates with $1000 or more in sales receive an additional 5% commission.
• Gold Tier: Affiliates with $5000 or more in sales receive an additional 10% commission.
• Platinum Tier: Affiliates with $10000 or more in sales receive an additional 15% commission.

Tier status is reviewed monthly and updated based on the previous month's performance.

3.2 Multi-Level Commission Structure

Readable Writing Press offers a multi-level commission structure that allows affiliates to earn commissions from sales generated by their referred affiliates:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 100% commission on sales made by affiliates you refer.
• Level 2 (Indirect Referrals): 30% commission on sales made by affiliates referred by your direct referrals.
• Level 3: 10% commission on sales made by affiliates at the third level of your network.

Multi-level commissions are only paid on qualified sales that have been completed and not refunded.

Readable Writing Press reserves the right to change the commission structure at any time with 30 days' notice.

Readable Writing Press uses cookies to track visitors referred by affiliates. The tracking cookie remains active for 30 days from the date of the initial visit.

4. Payment Terms

The minimum payment threshold is $100.00. Commissions will be held until your account reaches this threshold.

Payments will be processed on a monthly basis for all commissions that have been approved and exceed the minimum payment threshold.

Payments will be made via the payment method selected in your affiliate account.

Readable Writing Press reserves the right to withhold payment if there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity or a violation of this Agreement.

All tax responsibilities and liabilities associated with commission payments are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including contact and payment details.

You may not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices, including misrepresenting your relationship with Readable Writing Press.

You may not engage in any form of spamming, including but not limited to email, social media, or search engine spamming.

You may not bid on Readable Writing Press's trademark terms in search engines or use any marketing practices that may damage Readable Writing Press's brand or reputation.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, data protection, and marketing.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of commissions:

• Using any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent methods to generate referrals
• Creating fake accounts or multiple accounts
• Referring yourself or creating artificial transactions
• Copying or modifying Readable Writing Press's marketing materials without permission
• Using any illegal or unethical marketing practices
• Violating any intellectual property rights of Readable Writing Press or third parties
• Engaging in any activity that could reasonably be expected to damage the reputation of Readable Writing Press

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.

Readable Writing Press may terminate this Agreement immediately if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and Readable Writing Press marketing materials from your website and cease using them in any marketing efforts.

Any commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the regular payment schedule, provided they meet the minimum payment threshold and there are no violations of this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Readable Writing Press makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or any products or services sold through the Program.

Readable Writing Press shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or your participation in the Program.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Readable Writing Press operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
